We're particularly interested in vulnerability mapping efforts in African, Latin American and Caribbean contexts, but work focused on other regions are of interest as well. I think we've been able to track down most of the published literature, but a lot of this work is conducted by consulting groups or researchers under contract, and many times this never makes it into the peer reviewed literature. The power shutdown is expected to last until Sunday, January 20. The lists are expected to return to operation late Monday, 21 January, which is the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday in the US.
