CIESIN is building a bibliography of spatial vulnerability assessments in the context of climate variability and change. We're particularly interested in vulnerability mapping efforts in African, Latin American and Caribbean contexts, but work focused on other regions are of interest as well. I think we've been able to track down most of the published literature, but a lot of this work is conducted by consulting groups or researchers under contract, and many times this never makes it into the peer reviewed literature.
