Hi all,

This is an extremely long shot but we are trying to locate a case but we have very little details and have not been able to find references in UK law resources, and have also tried Austlii and various Google searches.

•           It is an Australian Case from the 70s/80s.

•           The case discusses the advantages and disadvantages of trustees separating capital from income at trust level and at company level.

We do not subscribe to any specialist databases for this jurisdiction. If you recognise this case please do send me the citation so I can look into purchasing a copy of the case.
