Subject: [Int-Law] Searching for recent Nigerian judgment

Dear colleagues,

An academic is looking for the judgment from a recent Federal High Court case in Nigeria, mentioned in this article: http://www.constitutionnet.org/news/free-and-compulsory-basic-education-right-every-child-says-nigerian-constitutional-court. It relates to the court’s decision that free and compulsory basic education is an enforceable right for every child.

We have contacted the Federal High Court and the staff of Legal Defence and Assistance Project who filed the suit, but have had no response.

Any assistance in locating this judgment would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,
