Dear Colleagues,

A case has just been decided  in the Beijing People’s Court.

The case is related to a Chinese trademark squatter who had registered the “Ben Fu” trademark in 2009. Treasury Wines Estates (also known as Penfolds) won the dispute.

Where would I find a transcript of this decision?

Many thanks.

Kind Regards,

Helen Grimes
