A student is in search of an English translation of the 2008 version of the Ecuadorian Constitution.  I have checked in all the usual sources--Foreign Law Guide, Constitutions of the World, World Constitutions Illustrated, etc.--and nowhere does it even mention there being such a translation.
Does anyone in the INT-LAW community know of one, or how the student might go about obtaining one?
Many thanks in advance
