He is a professional and specialist in International financial services regulations, Principles and practices of Corporate Governance, international carriage of goods, comparative corporate governance and has researched on ‘’corporate governance in Islamic law’’. He worked as legal adviser for Dr.Al Sabhan legal group in   Dubai (United Arab Emirates).as well as worked as Legal Advice and legal researcher for the municipality and planning department of Ajman (United Arab Emirates). He was selected to attend as a member of Ajman Emirate on the meetings of general secretariat of municipalities (United Arab Emirates). He has published on a number of legal issues

Sergey Arakelyan (alternately [log in to unmask] ) is the Director of the Law Library of the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law, Yerevan (Armenia). He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Armenia.  From 1997 up to now he has been a Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law at the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law. He holds a JD (1996) from the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law, and a PhD (1999) from the Scientific-Research Institute of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Russia).  He attended the Training Skills Programme “The theories of teaching and learning in the sphere of AML and financial investigation”, London (2009).
 
Anna Margaryan (alternately [log in to unmask]). Since 1999 she has been a Lecturer and the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminology at the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law.  Since 2005 she has been a Lecturer at the Scientific-Educational Center of the Prosecutors Office of the Republic of Armenia and an Expert for the project called “Alternative Sanctions in Armenia”.  Anna holds a JD from the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law (1998), and a PhD (2003) from the same University. She had been awarded a 2004 Scholarship at AUA Washington College of Law (U.S.), and a 2002 Scholarship at HEUNI (The European Institute for Crime Prevention and Control, affiliated with the United Nations).
