The new Supreme Court website's Decided Cases page (http://www.supremecourt.gov.uk/decided-cases/index.html ) says "For Judgments handed down before 31 July 2009 please refer to the website of the House of Lords." Not a definitive answer, but does suggest that the old decisions will remain on the HoL site.

The Supreme Court website gives a contact email address if you'd like a more definite answer: [log in to unmask]

Do any of you UK librarians know if the older judgments currently housed on the House of Lords web site will remain there after the Supreme Court  begins issuing opinions?

Or will there be an attempt to consolidate old and new on one site?

Thanks.
