Hi Tom,

If I'm not mistaken it stands for a decision of the BGH in "Der Strafverteidiger".

All the best,
Saskia

Dear INT-LAW:

Would anyone be so kind as to assist us in tracking down a German case?  The citation we have is:  BGH StV 1989, 237.

We’ve had no difficulties finding other German cases with the citations “BGHSt” and “BVerfG NJW”, but the “BGH StV” cite above has been a bit harder.  I would be grateful for your help.

Thank you,

Tom
