Stephan –

Please elaborate on “my corresponding entry in the Encyclopedia of Public International Law.”  Do you mean the Encyclopedia of Public International Law, i.e., is there going to be a supplemental volume, or even a new edition?

Thanks,

Jonathan

As you say, puzzling. Even more to us here as we are not used to anonmyous case notes. But it is not that important. I just need it for assembling a bibliography on Barcelona Traction for my corresponding entry in the Encyclopedia of Public International Law.

Thanks a lot for your kind effort,

Stephan

Regrettably, this article has no author given, not in the ToC, not at the beginning, not at the end.  Ordinarily, this would indicate that it is a student case note.  However, it is not located in the case note section of the journal.  Puzzling.  I surmise that this is a student article, therefore unsigned.
