Temple University Libraries has created the Digital Diamond collection of 
photographs from the evening newspaper that closed in 1981.  Temple 
University Libraries now owns the newspaper library including a huge 
collection of photographs from that library and online digitized 
photographs from that collection and some other content can be viewed from 
search results at this web URL:
